Apply for a place at Greenfield Academy.
Kindergarten through JHS 3, for entry from September 2026. The form is in five short steps, it saves as you go, and you can stop and come back to it whenever you like.
Applications for this intake have closed. The school office can tell you when the next one opens.
What you will needHow it works
Applying is free. Most families finish the form in about twenty minutes, and you can save it and come back.
- 01Create an applicant accountOne account for the whole family. You can add a second child later without starting again.
- 02Fill in the application formYour child's details, the year group you are applying for, and the school they are coming from.
- 03Upload the required documentsBirth certificate, the last two terminal reports, and a passport photograph. Photos of the originals are fine.
- 04Visit, then read the decisionWe invite shortlisted families to a campus morning, then publish the decision to the same account.
What you will need
You do not need all of it to begin. Start the form, save a draft, and fill in the rest when you have it.
- The learner's detailsThe learner's full name as it appears on their birth certificate, date of birth and home address.
- Their current schoolWhere they are now, the last class they completed, and why they are moving.
- Two contactsA phone number and email address we can reach you on, and a second contact for emergencies.
- Health and support notesAllergies, conditions and anything a class teacher should know in the first week. Nothing here affects the decision.
- Documents, when you have themBirth certificate, the last two terminal reports and a passport photograph. Photos of the originals are fine — bring them to the campus visit if it is easier.
